SPRINKLERS PRODUCTION SYSTEM

The Sprinklers Production System is an automatic robotic work cell for the pre-fabrication of sprinkler pipes. It is available in two configurations for main pipe dimensions up to 160mm or 220mm (SPS160 and SPS220).

  • Full integration with CAD data;
  • ERP integration and custom reporting for production;

Main Features:

  • Available in two configurations for main pipe dimensions up to 160mm or 220mm (SPS160 and SPS220).
  • High-quality and good-looking welds that hold on against any leakage test.
  • Compatible with black and Galvanized steel.
  • Completely integrated with modern digital fabrication tools. Production orders can be sourced from: Excel, AutoCAD DWG files (through Sprinkler Manager), or 3D IFC files (from Tekla Revit or similar).
  • Optional integrated online cutting of outlets.
  • Optional main tube marking through welding, inkjet, or mechanical marking.
